Lynn Bowman is senior vice president of service and experience at Point32Health. She is responsible for managing and optimizing the service experience for providers and members and is accountable for delivering on service performance. Lynn oversees member and provider services, experience, operations excellence, and knowledge management & training.
Lynn has more than 25 years of customer service, operations and market-facing leadership roles in public and nonprofit sectors and health plans across all lines of business. A native of Massachusetts, Lynn has held leadership positions at Commonwealth Care Alliance, BMC HealthNet, Beacon Health Options, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. In addition, she has national carrier experience leading customer service and Medicare operations at Aetna and was the COO of the Massachusetts Medicaid program.
She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and most recently was the president of the DOVE (Domestic Violence Ended) board of directors. She also served on the board of the Massachusetts Association of Health Plans.
Lynn received a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College.
