Scott Walker, Chief Financial OfficerScott Walker is chief financial officer at Point32Health and is responsible for the organization’s financial management, including actuarial, underwriting, risk adjustment, risk and capital management, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting and cost management.

Scott previously served as chief financial officer at Clarity Software Solutions, a company focused on managing communications and member engagement on behalf of health plan customers. Prior to joining Clarity Software Solutions, Scott was the senior vice president and chief financial officer for Aetna where he led the Aetna business unit’s finance team and was responsible for actuarial valuation, service pricing, medical economics, planning and forecasting, business performance, and finance, underwriting and actuarial talent development programs.

Scott also previously held the role of chief financial officer of the Consumer Health & Services business at Aetna and worked with the management team to achieve its strategy to transform health care through personalized consumer experiences, innovative provider models and analytics that drive improved health outcomes.

Prior to Aetna, Scott served as chief financial officer at Fallon Health, a nationally recognized not-for-profit health maintenance organization based in Worcester, Massachusetts. Before joining Fallon, Scott served in leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group serving as the chief accounting officer and controller of the Uniprise segment supporting the National Account business. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Michael’s College.
