Susan Kee is chief legal officer at Point32Health. She is responsible for managing the legal department and all its functions. Susan provides legal guidance to the company on strategic initiatives, health care transactions, risk management and litigation, commercial and government markets, regulatory compliance and licensing, and finance related matters, working collaboratively with the business to support the achievement of their business plan and priorities while managing legal exposures and risks to the organization. She also advises the Point32Health Foundation and CarePartners of Connecticut boards of directors and management, along with certain Point32Health Board committees on corporate governance, legal and regulatory matters.
Susan has over twenty-five years of health law and health care industry experience having previously served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Tufts Health Plan, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at WellSense Health Plan (formerly Boston Medical Center Healthnet Plan), and Associate General Counsel at BlueCross and BlueShield of Massachusetts.
Susan holds a J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University.
