The pet insurance benefit is administered by Nationwide and enrollment is available to Point32Health colleagues year-round. Colleagues receive a 5 percent discount on base medical plans (Major Medical, Injury and Feline Select) from Nationwide.

Spring Health - Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Spring Health is Point32Health’s Employee Assistance Program provider and goes beyond a traditional EAP. It is a comprehensive, personalized mental health and well‑being platform designed to meet people where they are, with flexibility, choice, and confidentiality. Spring Health provides confidential, personalized support at no cost to you and your household members age 6 and older. Support for pet‑care needs is available through Spring Health’s Work‑Life Services. Colleagues may call the Work‑Life Services line for assistance today, and beginning May 1, pet‑care options will be searchable directly within the Spring Health platform with nearby results.

Wellthy Pet Care Concierge & Backup Care

As a Point32Health colleague, you have access to Wellthy’s Pet Care Concierge & Backup Care program, designed to support everyday care needs and when plans change. Wellthy helps you coordinate care, navigate benefits and insurance, and arrange backup care, including pet backup care for your furry family members. Backup care is available for up to 15 days per year, with reimbursement of up to $150 per day, subject to eligibility requirements. Learn more.
