Wellthy’s Care Concierge is provided for you at no cost. Point32Health subsidizes Backup Care for up to $150 per backup day, up to 15 days per employee per calendar year. Note that Backup Care is considered a taxable benefit that will result in tax withholding in compliance with federal and state tax laws.

The Mental Health Advocate program provides peer support by directing colleagues to Point32Health mental health and well-being resources. This network of trained volunteers is certified to support colleagues with mental health needs or concerns, and guides them to appropriate company or national resources.

A Mental Health Advocate WILL NOT act in a counselor role or indicate that you have any specialized knowledge or expertise.

The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Intro is a two-hour, self-paced eLearning course that teaches you workplace wellness practices, including:

  • Ways to understand and reduce stigma surrounding mental health in the workplace.
  • How to recognize and help a colleague who may be experiencing a non-crisis mental health or substance use challenge.
  • Resources to help you build a resilient mindset and implement best practices for self-care.

Living Well Health Portal: Well-being Rewards 

The Living Well Health Portal (powered by WebMD) is Point32Health’s colleague well-being rewards program. Enroll and earn rewards for participating in a variety of informative, fun and interactive activities including topics such as:

  • Physical activity        
  • Nutrition Healthy eating
  • Emotional Health
  • Resilience
  • And more 

Rewards are earned incrementally, so the more you participate in the program the more rewards you earn. Colleagues can achieve up to four levels at $125 each, for a total of  $500 in gift cards during the calendar year. Spouses/partners of colleagues can earn up to $120 in gift cards during the calendar year.

We make it easy to find care when your family’s regular plans are disrupted—whether you need it today, tomorrow, or months from now. 

Point32Health provides colleagues with 15 subsidized backup care days per year for childcare, pet care and adult care up to $150 per day.

Eligibility: All Point32Health employees scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week including those at the Institute.
