Enhanced family and educational supports

  • Point32Health, Inc. partners with Bright Horizons College Coach®, the nation’s leading provider of educational counseling services, to provide support in areas such as navigating the college admissions process, identifying financial resources and creating a career path.
  • Colleagues are eligible to receive free expert academic and college financing advice or receive assistance on the admissions and college financing process by enrolling.
  • The Point32Health Tuition Program, administered by Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions, will provide assistance to or reimbursement eligible employees enrolled in a pre-approved Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. Some individual courses directly related to the colleague’s current position may also be eligible. All classes MUST be pre-approved prior to the class start date to be consider eligible for participation in the program.
  • Eligible full-time colleagues may apply to receive up to $5,250 per calendar year (Jan.1 through Dec 31.) Eligible part-time colleagues may apply to receive up to $2,625 per calendar year.
