Canton, Mass., July 27, 2026 — Point32Health has been recognized as a World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business based on its performance on the Disability Index®, the leading global benchmark for disability inclusion in business. This recognition reflects Point32Health’s commitment to continue to create accessible and inclusive experiences. This is the fourth consecutive year Point32Health has received recognition from Disability:IN.
"Receiving this recognition is a powerful reminder that advocating for inclusion means creating a workplace and culture appreciating all colleagues and celebrating their contributions," said Peter Church, Point32Health EVP and chief people and culture officer. "We will continue focusing our efforts on inclusion, which contributes to the respect and dignity we offer to our members, customers and communities."
The Disability Index is trusted by over 70% of the Fortune 100 and nearly half of the Fortune 500 and provides companies with data-driven insights to assess performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement over time. Companies scoring at the highest proficiency levels earn recognition as World’s Top Disability Inclusive Businesses, signaling leadership and progress to employees, customers, and partners.
“This year’s Disability Index shows that leading companies are embedding disability inclusion into the core of how they operate. It's shaping how businesses design products, build trust, and drive innovation. The companies leading today are the ones building more adaptable, resilient, and future-ready organizations,” said Jill Houghton, president and CEO of Disability:IN.
