Point32Health named Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion

Canton, Mass., July 15, 2025 — Point32Health has again scored 100 percent on the Disability Index and has been named a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion by Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD). This recognition acknowledges Point32Health’s ongoing commitment to prioritizing and advancing accessibility in the workplace. This is the third consecutive year Point32Health has received this recognition.

The recognition acknowledges the ways Point32Health continues to create accessible and inclusive experiences, in partnership with colleagues with disabilities. Forward-thinking practices at Point32Health noted by the Disability Index include launching trainings for employees on connecting with and empowering members with disabilities, piloting real-time captioning and ASL interpreting at in-person and virtual meetings, adding automatic door openers to restrooms at the company’s headquarters.

The Disability Index measures performance across six key areas, including Culture & Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practices, Community Engagement, Supplier Inclusion, and Responsible Procurement. Companies earning a top score are recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion.”
