At Point32Health, corporate citizenship is central to our purpose to guide and empower healthier lives. Our annual Volunteer Week brings colleagues together to foster healthier communities where we live and work. Volunteering not only strengthens nonprofit organizations but also offers proven benefits for volunteers, such as enhanced mental health, a sense of purpose and increased camaraderie among those giving back together. In fact, a recent survey of Point32Health employees revealed that 96% felt volunteering positively impacted their well-being. When our community of care thrives, we can better serve the communities around us.

This year, our colleagues came together to advance community health and connect as a company around issues that matter to us. During Volunteer Week in June, colleagues served community organizations working to improve food security, support people experiencing homelessness, improve parks and public spaces, reduce social isolation and address other life challenges.

In total, more than 1,300 colleagues served virtually and in-person across 77 projects in 5 states, volunteering 3,500+ hours in just three days.
