  • Complete the I-9 tasks named " Complete Form I-9 &  Provide Documents for I-9" in "My Tasks" on Workday

Sign up for your benefits within 30 days of hiring

  • Follow these instructions to log in to Workday to make your new hire elections.
  • Update beneficiaries for company sponsored life insurance plans in Workday and health savings accounts (HSA) and 401(k) at Fidelity.
  • If applicable, review your Workday Evidence of Insurability (EOI) task. If you have selected an optional life insurance plan, the task will appear after you have submitted your new hire event in Workday.
  • Review IRS annual maximum contributions for 401(k), health savings accounts (HSA) or flexible spending accounts (FSA) to ensure that you do not over-contribute based on prior employment contributions.
