Perform the following transactions online:
  • Verify patient eligibility and benefits
  • Find the status of a claim
  • Make online claim adjustments (correct claims, submit payment disputes and return funds)
  • Submit referrals and check the status of specialty referrals
  • Provide inpatient notification
  • Submit/receive authorization
  • View a patient’s personal health record (PHR)

MHK guide
