Payspan has resolved its temporary outage and is now fully operational. Point32Health utilizes Payspan for provider payment processing, including electronic funds transfer (EFT) for all lines of business and paper check distribution for Tufts Health Plan lines of business.
With service restored, providers can access the Payspan Health portal to view historical payment advisories, such as electronic remittance advice (ERA) and EOPs.
In addition, Payspan anticipates that Tufts Health Plan Medicare EFT payments will be released to provider accounts no later than tomorrow (Thursday, January 29, 2026), while EFT payments for other lines of business will follow their usual release timelines (Fridays for most products). Paper checks are also being issued with little to no delay.
