MassHealth is beginning its biennial review of rates for services governed by 101 CMR 352: Rates for Certain Children's Behavioral Health Services. Ahead of this review, MassHealth will host two virtual provider listening sessions on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026.
- 1 p.m. ET - for services conducted within a Community Service Agency (CSA), including Intensive Care Coordination (ICC), Family Support & Training (FS&T), and Family-based Intensive Treatment (FIT)
- 2 p.m. ET - for services not conducted within a CSA, including In-Home Therapy (IHT), In-Home Behavioral Services (IHBS), and Therapeutic Mentoring (TM)
CBHI providers are invited to attend the listening sessions and submit any information they would like to have considered during the state’s rate review. Those who wish to speak at either of the sessions are asked to notify Ann Harvey via email at [email protected] by Tuesday, Sept. 15.
MassHealth also encourages the submission of written information from providers who cannot attend the sessions. A separate public hearing will be scheduled in which providers can provide official testimony at a later date.
