Point32Health operates an oncology medical management program with OncoHealth (formerly Oncology Analytics) for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Commercial and Tufts Medicare Preferred members. For this program, OncoHealth conducts medical review of chemotherapeutic protocols (chemotherapy, support and symptom management drugs) for eligible members with a cancer diagnosis that requires these services. Providers can request authorization from OncoHealth via:
- Online portals — Submit requests to OncoHealth using:
- OneUM, OncoHealth's online authorization portal, for Tufts Medicare Preferred members
- the single sign on feature at HPHConnect for Harvard Pilgrim members
- Fax — Fax your request and clinical records to 800-264-6128
- Phone — Submit requests by calling 888-916-2616 (with any necessary clinical documentation faxed to the number above and appropriate reference number included)
