Training materials

Our handy training guides and flyers can assist you in doing business with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, offering step-by-step instructions on everything from checking member eligibility to submitting claims.

Billing updates for mental health centers

Beginning Sept. 1, 2025, we will be reimbursing behavioral health urgent care centers for a core set of outpatient services using a bundled encounter rate per member per date of service.

ICD-10 Z codes for social drivers of health

We encourage providers to include relevant ICD-10 Z codes to help recognize members who are experiencing social problems that could adversely affect their health.

Metabolic monitoring for patients on antipsychotics

Providers are reminded to discuss the importance of, and regularly test for, blood glucose and cholesterol levels with patients taking antipsychotic medications.
