Point32Health negotiates for members, not shareholders

Point32Health, the parent company of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, has been negotiating for several months on a new agreement with Tenet Healthcare, a for-profit company based in Dallas, Texas that owns and operates MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham and Natick and Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester. Despite claims made by Tenet, we remain committed to negotiating in good faith and reaching an affordable resolution.

Nine nonprofit organizations receive $45,000 from Point32Health Foundation in partnership with Colleague Resource Groups

Point32Health Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Point32Health and its family of companies, including Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts Health Plan and Care Partners of Connecticut, today announced nine nonprofit organizations in the region will receive a total of $45,000 in grants to address inequities, foster diverse leadership, support veterans and eliminate disparities.
