Stephen Cassell is the chief marketing and brand officer at Point32Health. In this role, Stephen is responsible for developing and executing marketing, communications and brand strategies that support business growth and enhance brand equity and awareness. He oversees a team focused on advertising, internal and external communications, lead generation, branding, marketing strategy, digital marketing and enablement, customer experience, sponsorships, sports partnerships and market research.
Stephen has a proven track record of spearheading transformative growth, driving new revenue and market opportunities, enhanced performance, and long-term value for some of the world’s most innovative and high-growth brands, including Blackstone, Cigna, J.P. Morgan Chase, American Express and HSBC.
Active in his community, Stephen is an advocate for LGBTQ+ youth and a more inclusive workplace and serves as executive champion for the Pride Point Colleague Resource Group at Point32Health. Stephen serves on the board of Ascendus (formerly Accion East) and The Ad Club Boston. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College.
